Caption: Biolab. It looks like they're having a meeting to talk about their communication problems -- Lots of complaining going on. They say the brain cells use too many big words and the hormones are so emotional nobody can talk sense to them. The white blood cells are too combative and the heart muscles are never available. They're working all the time! The nerve cells are the worst of all --- Always giving directions to everybody else, telling them what to do! The meeting is going nowhere now --- They're taking another break ... They just ate, but the stomach cells decided it's time for snacks again! I'll second that motion!

Caption: Hey, Frank, look at this … It says writing down everything you eat helps you eat better. Food Logs. Food logs are a very useful tool for people trying to control calorie consumption while still meeting nutrient guidelines. By recording the type of food and portion size for all meals, eating patterns can be clearly seen and adjustments made where needed. Many dieters find that maintaining a log makes them much more aware of ... I logged everything I ate one week, and all I got was writer's cramp.
