I had my first job as a track-whacker. A WHAT? They'd strap us kids to the undercarriage of the trains and give us a hammer. Our job was to whack in any loose nails before they could derail the train. This was before the child labor laws, of course. Of course.

Extend unemployment benefits now! But you've been mooching off me for 26 years!
